Join our IT security team as a Cybersecurity Intern and gain exposure to real-world security challenges. You will support the team in monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents while learning about compliance, risk management, and defense strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring network traffic and security logs.
- Help identify vulnerabilities and potential threats.
- Support in performing penetration tests and security assessments.
- Assist with patch management and system updates.
- Document security incidents and prepare reports.
- Research emerging cybersecurity threats and trends.
- Participate in risk assessments and audits.
- Support the development of security awareness materials.
- Assist in implementing security policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to secure endpoints and servers.
- Learn about firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM tools.
- Support data protection and compliance activities.
- Help with incident response and disaster recovery planning.
- Shadow senior security analysts during investigations.
- Participate in cybersecurity workshops and training sessions.
- Contribute to security documentation and guidelines.
