Office Administrator
Stockport - fully on site. Contract Type: Permanent, full time and reduced hours considered. Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
- Answering calls with a warm and welcoming demeanour, providing information and guidance and escalating issues when necessary.
- Greeting visitors to the office with a friendly smile, ensuring sign-in procedures are followed and facilitating meeting hospitality as required.
- Processing new subcontractors in the system and managing timesheets.
- Efficiently processing invoices through the system to ensure timely payments and smooth financial operations.
- Requesting and uploading delivery notes as needed to maintain accurate records.
- Managing incoming emails and forwarding messages to the appropriate team members to ensure effective communication.
- Filing documentation in accordance with company policies to maintain an organised office environment.
- Keeping an eye on office supplies and consumables, ordering new stock as required to keep our office running smoothly.
- Assisting with petty cash and expenses as delegated by the management team.
- Following company rules and procedures and ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety requirements.
- Taking on any other reasonable tasks as required to support the team and enhance office productivity.
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in using office software and ERP systems.
