What is the purpose of the Salesforce Project Manager role?We are implementing an ambitious Supporter-Centricity programme that seeks to ensure our supporters are heard, valued and their expectations are exceeded, they feel more deeply connected to our mission and do more to support us in new ways.
The technology work within the programme is an exciting Salesforce implementation across NonProfit Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Findock to provide a single supporter view, combining multiple systems into a consolidated platform, automating and personalising communications and making the work of our supporter-facing teams easier. It is a great opportunity to work on a cutting edge, high-profile technology implementation with real impact on our supporter experience, our effectiveness in communications and our ability to do more for children
Our first phase of the programme migrated relationship fundraising. The next phase will migrate income processing.
