IFRS Technical Accounting Consultant

Devonshire Hayes has partnered with a fantastic organisation of whom are looking for hire a IFRS Technical Accounting Consultant on an initial three month interim contract with potential extension.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Significant post-qualified IFRS technical accounting experience.
• M&A/disposal accounting.
• Proven experience preparing technical accounting papers for audit review.
• Experience with group disposals and deconsolidation accounting.
• Experience of complex group restructurings.

Strong understanding of:

• Experience within large multinational groups operating multiple legal entities and foreign currencies.
