£600 - £750 per day via umbrella

Initial 6 month contract

Our financial services client is seeking 6 Product Management Coaches to embed stronger product behaviours, customer-centricity and modern product methods that support Product Excellence as part of a product operating model transformation.

The role requires 2 days per week onsite in your closest location from - Edinburgh, Leeds, Halifax, Manchester, Chester, Birmingham, Bristol.

The contract needs to be facilitated via an umbrella company and has a rate banding of £600 - £750 per day with an initial 6 month contract.

Key skills & experience required

• Strong product management or product leadership experience, with evidence of building and scaling effective mature product practices.
• Experience advising or coaching teams on how to build great products, from customer problem discovery through to product strategy and execution.
• Strong understanding of agility, product-led ways of working and the relationship between product, technology and delivery.
• Exceptional coaching and facilitation skills
• Experience coaching, influencing all levels of product management from CPO through to Product Managers/Owners.
