General Manager - Nando's - Salary up to 46,000.00.
Responsibilities
- Treat the restaurant as your own business, driving decisions and creating an outstanding culture.
- Lead the team to achieve targets and KPI's, managing day to day operations.
- Develop and grow your staff, creating future managers.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring PERi PERi service across all touchpoints.
- Manage sales and multi channel performance, driving growth.
- Oversee Operations, Health & Safety, and Compliance.
