Product Development Associate - Trading Cards & TCGs (Contract)

Are you passionate about Trading Cards, TCGs, collectibles and creative product development?

We are seeking a Product Development Associate to support the creation of innovative trading card products and packaging for leading entertainment brands.

Working with creative teams, licensees and stakeholders, you will help take products from concept through to approval, ensuring strong design execution, brand alignment and timely delivery.

Location: London Once a week In office
Contract: Project Hire | Inside IR35

Duration: 12 months Initially

Key Responsibilities:

• Support product and packaging development projects.
• Review creative submissions and provide feedback.
• Coordinate approvals, assets and project timelines.
• Research trends across gaming, collectibles and consumer products.
• Ensure products meet creative and brand standards.

Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years' experience in Product Development, Graphic Design or a related creative role.
• Strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photo shop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent organisation, communication and project coordination skills.
• Experience with licensing, entertainment, toys, games or collectibles is desirable.
