Lead Fit Out Manager - South Wales Projects

Fawkes and Reece, a Swansea-based main contractor, is seeking an experienced Fit Out Manager to oversee internal fit out and finishing works on high-quality commercial, education, healthcare, and public sector projects across South Wales.

You will lead coordination with Project Managers, Site Managers, clients and subcontractors, ensuring safety, programme and budget adherence from pre-construction through to completion, with opportunities for career progression in a growing firm.
