About the role and teamOur analysis community includes business analysts, change managers, user researchers and UX designers. You will join an integrated software development or data science team, acting as the link between technical staff and customers. Your responsibilities include collecting and managing requirements, supporting delivery, leading acceptance testing, and managing benefits throughout the end to end change process.
The role can be based in London or Malvern.
About youWe expect you to be passionate about technology and public safety. A degree in a related field is desirable but not required; relevant experience and self directed learning will be considered.

Full time work is 37.5 hours per week, with flexible hours. Part time work is available upon discussion.
Core hours are 10 00 with office hours 7 00 Monday Friday. Travel to local or other UK customer sites may be required.
