Nomios is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to own the end to end customer service experience across our UK portfolio. You will manage SLAs, drive improvements, and coordinate with the nTAC to deliver value in a fast paced cyber security environment.
Based in the UK with hybrid travel to customer sites and occasional attendance at the Basingstoke office, you will lead service reviews, manage stakeholders, and support Sales in expanding managed services while upholding robust ITIL practices.
