A London based residential developer currently requires two permanent Senior Technical Coordinators to work on schemes in East and West London. With a growing market share, the company seeks experienced individuals to explore new opportunities and determine a suitable match.

The company employs over 300 people and works extensively throughout the UK on projects ranging from private mixed-use developments to social, regeneration and heritage projects valued up to 1 billion GBP. • Prior experience as a technical coordinator or senior technical coordinator, ideally with another residential developer.
• Strong design and CAD experience with an emphasis on residential high rise buildings.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience monitoring complex design.
• Experience leading and developing individuals.
• Commercial acumen.
