Oracle Cloud Service Delivery Lead

La Fosse Associates seeks a senior service delivery manager to own the day to day operation of a large Oracle Cloud shared service for UK government. You will ensure live operations health, govern change intake, and align business needs with technical teams.

You will work with Oracle Fusion functional consultants (HCM, payroll, ERP financials, or EPM), manage incidents and releases end to end, and report on performance, capacity and risk to stakeholders.
