Segment (Twilio) HR team is seeking a data science and ML specialist to develop novel AI/ML projects from scoping to delivery, collaborating with senior members and stakeholders. You will research, prototype, and deliver data centric AI solutions for customer and internal initiatives, with autonomy within project groups.
You will work on Generative AI, NLP and computer vision problems, train and refine models including LLMs, and communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
