Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead change activities across the Finance domain. You will assess impacts, shape practical plans, and work with Domain Leads and Change Champions to drive engagement and adoption.
You will create clear communications, build relationships at all levels, identify resistance, support training, monitor readiness, and partner with leadership to reinforce new behaviours. Eligible for SC clearance and willing to travel to the South West.
