Software Development Team Lead (.NET)

A global business is growing its software development division and is currently looking for a Software Development Team Lead (.NET) to join the team.

This is a hands on role combining development and technical leadership, working across an exciting, diverse range of projects including web platforms, applications and public sector systems.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers while remaining hands on
• Develop applications using .NET and/or Python
• Build and deploy solutions on AWS or Azure
• Work with Docker, APIs and modern architectures
• Contribute to solution design, code reviews, and technical delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support project proposals/bids

• .NET or Python
• AWS or Azure
• SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• Docker
• CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Leadership or mentoring experience
