- Leading change management activity across the Finance domain.
- Assessing business impacts and shaping practical change plans.
- Working closely with Domain Leads and Change Champions to drive engagement and adoption.
- Creating clear, compelling communications that explain what's changing, why it matters and what's expected.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Identifying resistance early and working collaboratively to overcome challenges.
- Supporting training needs analysis and helping ensure users are equipped for go-live.
- Monitoring business readiness and taking action where risks or adoption gaps emerge.
- Acting as the voice of the business within the programme and the voice of the programme within the business.
- Partnering with leadership teams to reinforce new behaviours and ways of working.
Requirements
- 5-10 years' experience in Business Change, Organisational Change or Transformation roles.
- Proven experience working on SAP programmes, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage senior leaders.
- Experience driving adoption and behavioural change within complex organisations.
- A hands on, pragmatic approach to delivering change.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- The ability to build trust, challenge constructively and bring people with you.
- Eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC).
- Able to travel to the South West three days per week.
