This is a *Remote* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *Gather, document, and manage business requirements.*

Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA RISE. You'll work with business and technical teams to analyse current processes, define future ways of working, capture business requirements, and help deliver a successful SAP transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and document current ("as-is") business processes and system flows.
• Define future ("to-be") processes aligned with SAP S/4HANA.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements.
• Produce process maps, functional specifications, and gap analyses.
• Work closely with stakeholders, architects, SAP teams, and implementation partners.
• Support solution design, testing, business acceptance, and data migration activities.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Business Analyst working on financial systems or financial accounting.
• Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Desirable

• Experience delivering SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• ERP migration or digital transformation experience.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis best practices.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Miro.

Technical Knowledge

• Understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with integrations and end-to-end business processes.

Key Deliverables

• As-is and to-be process documentation.
• Business requirements and functional specifications.
• Gap analysis and recommendations.
• Process maps supporting the SAP S/4HANA migration.
