Microsoft Office 365 MDM Engineer required to join a UK leading brand in Manchester, UK

Key Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Intune environments.
• Manage incidents, requests, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency.
• Deliver project work and collaborate with project managers.
• Produce technical documentation and configuration guides.
• Lead or support infrastructure and endpoint management projects.
• Share technical expertise across multiple client environments.

Skills & Experience

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
• Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM)
• Microsoft Azure/Entra ID
• End-user desktop and endpoint support
• Mobile device management (Android, iOS, Blackberry UEM)
• Microsoft Teams and collaboration technologies
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
