Rate: £291.71 Umbrella Per Day / £220 PAYE Per Day

Our automotive client is seeking an experienced SAP Trainer to support the deployment of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) programme and its critical SAP Plant Maintenance project. The aim is to transform operations and advance the company's digital transformation journey by delivering a unified end-to-end process and toolset with connected, traceable data across functions. The role enables employees with always-live data and dashboards to focus on value creation.

• Experience as an SAP user
• Extensive years in a training creation and delivery role
• Experience creating simulation training

The SAP Trainer's objective is to create and deliver SAP Manufacturing modules to business end users, engaging the organisation and ensuring change is adopted and sustained.

• Process assessment and stakeholder identification via a Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Design and create role-based SAP user training using SAP EnableNow and Articulate RISE
• Develop training content including classroom courses, online learning, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides
• Evaluate SAP users' knowledge at appropriate levels
• Assist with training impact assessments
• Create stakeholder training and engagement plans and support communication of End Users
• Create and deliver process-based blended learning packages
• Define, engage and align stakeholders in preparation for deployment
• Ensure clear training delivery plans are executed on time
• Host on-site and off-site training events, run drop-in sessions and provide floor-walking support
• Demonstrate excellent business behaviours including teamwork
• Collaborate with Business Process, Testing, Training and Communications teams for the deployed capability

This role requires on-site presence five days per week during the deployment window.

This position is confirmed inside IR35.
