Location: Paignton, Devon - On-site or Hybrid (3 days per week on-site)

The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have management responsibility for the Software Development team whilst providing technical leadership across the architecture, design, development and delivery of the core software product portfolio. This is an opportunity to lead both people and projects, influencing technical direction whilst developing a high-performing engineering team.
The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Software Team Manager, you'll work closely with Engineering Management, Product Management, Supply Chain, Business Development and the PMO. You'll balance people leadership with technical oversight, resource planning and the successful delivery of multiple software development projects whilst championing engineering best practice.
