OT Operations & Resilience Lead

SSE plc, Portsmouth-based, seeks an experienced Operational Technology leader to run the resilience and security of critical OT systems in live control room environments. You will drive governance across DMS/SCADA platforms, aiming for 99.999% availability and robust incident response.

You will mentor the OT team, manage capacity and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure OT services in a flexible, permanent role with a strong benefits package.
