Senior Agile Delivery Lead - Cloud SaaS

Reward Gateway is seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Manager to own delivery for 3-4 engineering squads within our London-based cloud SaaS environment. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture and other Delivery Managers to align priorities, balance capacity and drive predictable outcomes.

The role is hands-on and high-ownership, requiring strong cross-team coordination, incident handling, and scaling agile practices across global squads.
