What You'll Be Doing
As our Senior Solution Architect - AI & Automation, you'll define, design and guide the delivery of cutting-edge AI and automation solutions across the organisation. You won't just design systems - you'll shape strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and set the architectural direction for intelligent automation at scale.
You will:
- Lead the end-to-end architecture of AI, Generative AI and intelligent automation solutions across enterprise platforms
- Define and evolve architecture standards, principles and governance aligned to long-term strategy
- Partner with business leaders and product teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions
- Design integrated, cloud-native architectures that are secure, resilient and future-ready
- Guide delivery teams to ensure solutions are built right the first time - balancing innovation, risk and speed
- Influence the technology roadmap, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging AI capabilities
- Mentor and elevate other architects, helping grow capability across the function

What You'll Bring
We're looking for a senior, credible architect who combines deep technical expertise with real business influence.
- Proven experience architecting AI / Generative AI and automation solutions at enterprise scale
- Strong background across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and modern architecture patterns
- Deep knowledge of integration (APIs, microservices, messaging) and distributed systems
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and low-code automation ecosystems
- Solid understanding of ML, GenAI, MLOps and DevOps practices
- A track record of influencing stakeholders and shaping technical strategy in complex environments
- The ability to simplify the complex and communicate with impact at every level
