Carnival UK is looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to join us at a pivotal moment in our digital transformation journey.

Our transformation journey is already well underway, with major strategic investment programmes, evolving business priorities, and an increasingly complex mix of legacy, modern and emerging technology capabilities.
As part of our Enterprise Architecture community, you'll play a key role in shaping our future state architecture, guiding strategic technology decisions and helping simplify a complex and changing environment. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, business partners, solution architects, delivery teams and technology leaders to ensure our architecture enables business value, supports innovation and remains aligned to our long term strategy.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working at enterprise level, can bring clarity to complexity, and is confident influencing across a broad and evolving stakeholder landscape.
Your ResponsibilitiesLead through influence across architecture, engineering, delivery and business teams, building alignment and collaboration without direct line management responsibility.
Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK06 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid working, including up to two days from home.
