M-KOPA is hiring its first Lead Engineer - AI Agents to lead a new team building production-grade automations and AI agents across the business. You will own delivery, scale the function, and define its future. You'll work with Claude, Claude Code, MCP, LangChain to implement multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and tooling.
