The Role We're looking for a commercially minded and customer-focused Marketing Automation Manager to join our Customer Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering acquisition, retention and customer communication strategies that drive business performance and enhance customer engagement. You'll be responsible for planning, building, testing and optimising omni-channel customer journeys across email, SMS and direct mail. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll use customer insight, data and marketing technology to deliver highly targeted and engaging communications throughout the customer lifecycle. What You'll Be Doing Develop and deliver customer acquisition, retention and loyalty communication strategies that support business growth and customer engagement. Build, manage and optimise automated customer journeys across email, SMS and direct mail, ensuring communications are timely, relevant and effective. Own testing programmes across customer communications, using data and insight to continuously improve campaign performance and customer outcomes. Produce reporting, dashboarding and campaign analysis to identify trends, measure success and inform future activity. Collaborate with IT, MI, Operations and external partners to support CRM developments, customer data initiatives and marketing technology enhancements.
