- Coordinate design of solutions and establish metrics for success
- Ensure development meets business and end-user requirements
- Identify and help resolve system issues under senior guidance
- Provide documentation for solution components you build
- Work alongside onshore and offshore development teams
- Maintain customer satisfaction through quality deliverables
- Work with business partners to leverage Salesforce capabilities
Technical Skills
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals
- JavaScript framework experience - LWC, React JS, or Angular JS
- Server-side language exposure - Java, PHP, Python, or Node.js
- Database knowledge - MySQL, MongoDB, or SOQL
- Portfolio projects or live project experience
