At Aston Martin, exceptional digital experiences rely on more than innovative technology - they rely on resilient, reliable and well-supported platforms operating seamlessly behind the scenes.

We are looking for an Operations Engineer to join our Commercial Digital Factory and play a key role in keeping our digital products, enterprise platforms and customer technologies running at their best.

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on solving problems, improving reliability and ensuring critical services remain available for the people who depend on them. You'll become a central part of our operational capability, helping to support the technologies that power customer engagement, dealer platforms, commercial operations and digital transformation initiatives across Aston Martin.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor platform health and assist with incident investigations.
  • Coordinate issue resolution and support successful delivery of new releases and services.
  • Identify root causes, automate operational processes and improve service performance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Platform, Integration, Product, Cybersecurity and Enterprise IT teams to support operational needs.
  • Maintain calm and effective handling of business-critical issues while communicating with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting enterprise applications, digital platforms or cloud-based technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; ability to investigate and resolve problems from investigation through to resolution.
  • Background in operational support, service management or IT operations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with both technical and business teams.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools, incident and problem management processes, cloud platforms, DevOps practices or enterprise SaaS solutions is highly beneficial.

In return, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the digital future of one of the world's most iconic luxury automotive brands. You'll join a team committed to continuous improvement, operational excellence and delivering technology services that enable the business to perform at its very best.

Based in Gaydon, this role supports hybrid working arrangements, with occasional travel to other sites or partner locations when required. The role may also involve participation in support escalations, release activities and operational support arrangements depending on business needs.

If you're passionate about reliability, operational excellence and solving challenges that make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.

We understand that the incredible beauty, craft and art that defines an Aston Martin comes from the inclusion of our amazing people. We welcome diverse contributions and are seeking applicants from varied educational backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities, races, sexes, gender identities and expressions, nations of origin, ages, languages spoken, colours, religions, disabilities, sexual orientations and beliefs.
