Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead on the coordination, monitoring, and reporting of a portfolio of ESTAR programmes
Oversee and support Project Coordinators to effectively deliver and coordinate ESTAR programmes
Work closely with delivery partners, accommodation providers, and other services to build capacity and ensure employment and skills provision is accessible
Collaborate with DWP and local housing authorities to support individuals transitioning from unemployment into sustainable employment
Identify and coordinate appropriate support across a wide range of needs
Identify gaps in employment support provision and develop new schemes and approaches
Requirements
Experience in line management and supporting team development
Can plan and organise varied workloads, managing competing priorities
Communicate effectively with diverse audiences and present information clearly
Analyse and present complex data clearly
Working knowledge of employment and skills support particularly for vulnerable people
