Colby River in Manchester is seeking a Resident Services Manager to lead the Leasing and Resident Services teams on site, supporting the General Manager in operations. You will drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and team performance, ensuring a seamless journey from enquiry to move-out in a fast-paced Build-to-Rent setting.
This role requires strong leadership, customer focus and commercial awareness, with 40 hours per week across 5 days in a rotating schedule.
