Job Description
Responsibilities
Work across the business with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver value across the project lifecycle.
Deliver a variety of activities including process and customer journey redesign, supporting tenders, drafting options papers, and assessing business change impacts.
Plan analysis work and manage/influence key stakeholders to ensure understanding and buy-in.
Shape the analysis approach and plan.
Be an active member of the Business Analyst practice helping to share learning and build good practices.
Requirements
Experience in delivering and leading a variety of analysis and design work across the project lifecycle.
Great stakeholder management, influencing and problem solving skills.
Experience of designing business solutions/journeys to benefit the business.
Practical experience in drawing sound conclusions and making suitable recommendations.
