Construction Associate (Hybrid) - High-Impact Transactions

Birketts LLP in Ipswich is seeking a Construction Associate to join our Dispute Resolution team. The role covers both contentious and non-contentious construction matters for a range of public and private sector clients, including education, local authorities and NHS trusts.

The successful candidate will have 3-6 years PQE, strong judgement, and experience with JCT/NEC contracts, ADR, and transactional construction advice.
