Thales Group in Crawley/Reading hybrid seeks a Configuration and Data Manager to lead configuration management across large-scale maritime development. You will tailor and implement CM systems, ensure data consistency, and coordinate with PMs, EDMs, WPMs and CM colleagues.
The role requires an engineering degree, hands-on CM experience, and knowledge of PLM tools. You will supervise the Configuration Control Board, define baselines, and support bid and end-of-phase reviews.
