Are you looking for a meaningful and rewarding challenge? Could you put your knowledge and expertise to good use by positively impacting the lives of people with disabilities in Norfolk? An exciting opportunity has arisen for new trustees to join our board at The Hamlet Charity.
New trustees will join a lively, committed and supportive team of people who provide guidance and strategic direction to the Charity. Members of the board come from a range of professional backgrounds including some who have experience of disability. We are currently seeking applications from those with professional skills in legal, property, social care, finance, or general strategic thinking.
However, we welcome applications from anyone who shares our passion and values and wants to make a positive contribution.
Moderate, with meetings roughly every other month plus occasional events and planning sessions.
About The Hamlet CharityThe Hamlet Charity has been supporting children and young people with disabilities and their families for over 50 years. We are now looking for new Trustees to help govern and support the organisation as we look ahead to the next 50 years.
Trustees play a vital role in guiding our strategy, supporting our leadership team, and ensuring we deliver the greatest possible impact for the children, young people and families we serve.
