ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM Business / Functional Analyst
Opportunity for a permanent hybrid position based at a customer site in the UK. The role is 3 days a week on site with the remaining 2 days remote.
Full-time hours: 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain data model, configuration and processes in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM.
- Support ITIL processes, incident, service request and change management.
- Ensure data quality and governance across the CMDB.
- Administer ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of ServiceNow experience.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data governance, business analysis and administration.
- Experience with CMDB and CSDM.
- ITIL/ITSM experience.
- PL/SQL skills.
- ServiceNow certification preferred.
- Financial services experience desirable.
Compensation
Salary £80,000-90,000 plus bonus and benefits.
