We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to help us deliver great customer outcomes. You'll bring hands on experience with Salesforce configuration and a solid understanding of how to extend platform capabilities using tools like Flow, Lightning, and Apex. This role supports the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment-particularly Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Omnistudio within Financial Services Cloud-ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and aligned to best practices.

• A deep understanding and demonstratable use of Omnistudio, Apex and Lightning Web components are essential
• Strong Salesforce Experience: Proven hands on work with Salesforce especially working with case management, and process automation.
• Salesforce Flow Expertise: Strong experience with Flow.
• Multi Business Unit Support: Ability to manage requirements across different business units in a single org using record types, page layouts, and permission sets.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non technical stakeholders. Comfortable working collaboratively across teams, promoting inclusion and knowledge sharing.
