Cotton Traders is seeking a Digital CRM Manager to shape and deliver the outbound Digital CRM agenda across UK and international markets, driving customer engagement and sales. You will own end-to-end CRM campaigns, including journeys, segmentation, deployment across marketing platforms, and ensure seamless customer journeys through both digital and offline channels.
The role is a maternity-cover contract reporting to the Head of CRM; you will lead a small team, monitor performance, provide
