Alfa is seeking a Head of User Experience to define and own the UX vision across its enterprise software suite. You will align UX strategy with product goals and articulate design decisions to engineers, product owners, architects and leadership.
You will lead the ongoing evolution of Alfa's design system, build a UX community of practice, and partner with Product and Engineering to translate complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
