An award winning software house is recruiting a Principal Java Developer. The role involves designing, analysing, documenting and developing high quality Java applications, collaborating with other Java developers on design decisions and mentoring junior staff.

• Lead the design and development of Java/JEE applications.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams on technical architecture.
• Write clean, maintainable code using Java SE, JDK 7, JEE, J2EE.
• Mentor junior developers.
• Provide technical guidance and decisions for application requirements.

• 8+ years experience in Java development.
• 3+ years of JEE experience.
• Experience with Wildfly 8, JAX RS, CDI (Weld), EJB 3, JPA.
• Java SE, JDK 7, Java EE, J2EE knowledge.
• JEE certification is a plus; Sun/Oracle Java certification desirable.
