The Beauty Tech Group is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Technology team and be the first port of call for internal IT support across our global business.
You'll troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts, support onboarding and offboarding, and help maintain secure, efficient technology platforms for colleagues in a hybrid UK-based role.
You will work with Windows and Mac environments, administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement.
