The successful candidate for the Development Team Lead position will demonstrate:

• Previous experience leading software engineering teams in a senior technical or management role
• Strong software development expertise, including hands on experience with C# and/or C++
• Experience working within regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, utilities, payroll, defence, aerospace, or similar sectors
• A track record of contributing to technical roadmaps, engineering best practices, and software delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across both technical and business audiences
• A desire to continue progressing into broader engineering leadership positions
