Dynamics 365 CE Developer

The Dynamics 365 CE Developer joins a public sector organisation in the housing industry, responsible for managing and developing their CRM environment. This role offers a blend of hands on development, system integration, and operational leadership within a supportive team structure.

The role involves providing technical leadership across Dynamics 365 CE, including application ownership and ongoing development. The developer will design and implement integrations with other systems, extend functionality through the Power Platform, and manage deployment pipelines via Azure DevOps. Success relies on maintaining operational stability, enforcing governance, and supporting junior team members as needed.

• Lead hands on development within Dynamics 365 CE
• Build and maintain integrations between CRM and other business systems
• Manage deployment processes including CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Enforce standards for security, governance, and compliance across the environment
• Provide operational support, including issue resolution and performance monitoring
