Senior UX/UI Designer - up to £50k!

This Derby based specialist software house is looking for a User Experience Designer with strong UI design experience. You will join a small but growing design team and work on both web and mobile projects in an agile environment.

• Creating attractive user interfaces and visuals for our client's product range
• Applying best practice principles of user interface and interaction design
• Conducting user experience research and usability testing
• Developing personas, requirements, user journeys, flows, site maps, wireframes and mock ups
• Collaborating with development teams to maintain UI governance
• Preparing and conducting workshops and presenting results to stakeholders

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience, complemented by a relevant degree or equivalent
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating design process from early sketches to hi def mock ups, and proficiency with graphics tools such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and prototyping tools such as Axure
• Front end development skills (HTML & CSS) and further experience with the Adobe Creative Suite are highly desirable

Up to £50,000 plus benefits and the potential for flexible working.
