Description: SQL Server DBA role with performance tuning, optimisation, backup and recovery, T SQL, SSRS/SSIS, PowerShell and MongoDB expertise. This is a business critical position in a global software house.

• Database and query performance tuning and optimisation.
• Writing T SQL stored procedures.
• Day to day support and administration of SQL and data warehousing environments.
• Data cleansing and correction, performance tuning, capacity planning.
• Archiving, backup and restore best practices including security.
• Assisting IT/IS division with complex database queries.
• Contributing to product improvements, ease of use, reliability and reducing support levels.

• Experience with SQL Server .
• Experience with SSRS, SSIS, SSAS and PowerShell.
• Experience with MongoDB preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with business stakeholders.
• Experience as part of an on call team.
