Skipton International Limited is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to join our Change function, bridging business needs and technical teams. Based in Guernsey or Jersey, you will drive initiatives from idea to implementation, shaping improvements across people, process, and technology change.
You will work with project managers, developers, operations, and wider stakeholders to ensure robust requirements, effective testing, and successful adoption into business-as-usual operations, while
