Realistic annual earnings: £38,155-£52,656 (depending on level, retention bonuses and HVE qualification) + Colleague car scheme available
Flexible hours available: 40 hours Monday-Friday (08:30-17:00), plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:30-12:30) or a fixed 4 day working week (Mon-Thu / Tue-Fri, 42 hours)
An excellent opportunity has opened at Audi Preparation Centre for skilled, motivated Vehicle Technicians to join our established and high performing site. This role offers the chance to develop your career within a trusted, well supported workshop environment.
With full Audi manufacturer training provided, you'll carry out high quality servicing, repairs and diagnostics, ensuring every customer leaves with complete confidence in their vehicle.
Salary & Progression Structure
- PDI Technician: £38,155 realistic annual earnings (based on £28,000 basic)
- Vehicle Technician: £41,230 realistic annual earnings (based on £31,000 basic)
- Vehicle Technician (Brand Qualified) - £43,945 realistic annual earnings (based on £34,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)
- Senior / Diagnostic Technician - £47,385 realistic annual earnings (based on £38,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)
- Master Technician - £52,656 realistic annual earnings (based on £43,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)
All earnings include basic salary, retention payments, productivity bonus, Saturday overtime, plus an additional £2,000 HVE qualification payment for qualified levels.
What You'll Need
- Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience as a vehicle technician
