New role created for a Senior Full Stack Developer looking to move into a Tech Lead position. This role will have you doing hands on development 80% of the time.

• Lead a cross functional Scrum team alongside Developers, Business Analysts, Software Testers, and UI designers.
• Drive forward best practices and set the Gold Standard for software development.
• Communicate and engage with the wider business.
• Take 20% of your time to lead the team and set standards.
