Job Description

Job Description

Social care work opportunity for a Personal Assistant.

A kind, patient, and enthusiastic individual is required to support a man with Autism, Asperger's and moderate to severe anxiety in leading an active and fulfilling life.

Your role will be to support me to become more independent and spread my wings. This will include assisting me to access the community, building confidence in social settings, and helping me pursue my interest and goals at my own pace.

Previous experience supporting adults with autism is desirable but not essential - a genuine, respectful attitude and a willingness to learn are more important.

If you are someone who values making a difference in another person's life, and can offer patience, encouragement, and support, we would love to hear from you.
