SER-IN is seeking an IT Field Technician to provide onsite and remote 2nd/3rd line IT support across the M5 corridor, from Birmingham to Exeter, including Devon and Cornwall. The role involves regular travel, occasional overnight stays, and flexibility beyond standard hours.
You will resolve complex IT issues, build strong customer relationships, and ensure exceptional service levels while supporting Microsoft technologies and cloud services.
