Workday HR Systems Analyst - Global HR Platform Optimizer

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a People Systems Analyst to support the ongoing maintenance, enhancement and continuous improvement of our global HR systems, with a primary focus on Workday HCM and Absence. You will translate business needs into effective system solutions, manage stakeholders, and contribute to Workday releases and new modules.

Experience with enterprise HR systems and HRIS configuration is essential; Workday certification is a plus.
